Delivery Information

After submitting your order and your payment has been cleared by Protx we will give you and your order our prompt attention. For goods that are in stock we will normally despatch your order within 2 working days.

You will receive confirmation emails on receipt of your order and when we dispatch your order, providing you with all the information you require.We will only deliver orders to the address of the card holder used for payment, providing the cardholder address is in the UK.

Our standard delivery service only applies to deliveries made to UK mainland addresses.  We do not deliver to any anywhere outside the UK.

       FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50

We use DHL for UK delivery's and you will be sent your personal parcel tracking reference on your confirmation of dispatch email when you will be notified when to expect your delivery. You can use the online DHL tracking service if you personally want to trace the progress of your delivery. DHL will deliver your goods to your address, however, if they miss you the first time or you are out for any reason, they have a card contact service, so you can contact them to agree a more suitable time to deliver. DHL make up to 3 attempts to deliver your goods, but in the unlikely event they fail, they will return the goods to us. DHL will require you to sign for the delivery.

Where an item is out of stock you should allow 10 - 14 working days and we will inform you of an available date at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to use alternate parcel services or methods of shipping orders and adjust our shipping costs accordingly. Your shipping cost is confirmed on checkout of your order. Our standard charge is currently £7.50 for orders less than £50 for all UK mainland destinations.
